  • Clean and wash the beans with water. Mung beans are the easiest beans to sprout.
  • Soak beans for at least 8-10 hours by placing beans in a cup or jar filled with water.
  • Now transfer the soaked beans in a cotton cloth and make a tight knot and put it in a dark place.
  • Leave the beans in a warm and dark place for around 24 hours to sprout it properly.
  • Now put sprouts in the refrigerator and use it within 2-3 days.
